Joyful Movement SculptJoyful Movement Sculpt is a gentle, yet demanding blend of fitness, yoga and dance-inspired movements that will challenge your body and mind, while holding 1-2 lb. weights.
We will play with similar flowing movements as Joyful Movement Cardio, but will create an increased demand on our cardiovascular system and challenge our strength, endurance and balance in a very different way. Joyfulness is still the foundation on which these movements are built.
Have fun creating a body that will flourish from the inside out. (Optional sticky mat; no shoes required.)
